  • Do physical exercises that target mostly on your thighs, stomach, buttocks, and hip areas.Engage in physical activity and exercise regularly, try running, cycling, etc. or opt for intense cardio workouts.

  • Avoid excess salt in your diet as it harms your body and increases the water level in your body.

  • Take one-fourth of coconut oil into a glass jar. Add a mixture 6 drops of each cypress essential oil and geranium essential oil to the jar. Shake the jar well. Let the mixture rest for a few hours. Add two drops each of lemon oil and grapefruit oil to the mixture. Shake the resulting mixture vigorously. Keep in a cool dark place such as cupboard.
