Leg Cramps
Leg Cramps, are common symptoms of calcium and magnesium
deficiency as well as an imbalance of phosphorus to calcium
in your blood.
Leg Cramps Symptoms: aching, painful cramps
in the legs when walking, sitting or lying down. You may
be awakened from sleep by these cramps.
A painful, red area in the leg may indicate thrombophlebitis

prenatal vitamin or the following supplements daily:
Vitamin A. 5,000 IU Vitamin E. 400 IU
Vitamin B1: 1.5 mg Vitamin K: 65 mcg
Vitamin B2: 1.6 mg Calcium: 1,200 mg
Vitamin B3: 17 mg Magnesium: 500 mg
Vitamin B6: 2.2 mg Iron: 30 mg
Vitamin B32: 2.2 mcg Phosphorus: 1,200 mg
Folic acid: 800 mcg Iodine: 175 mcg
Vitamin C: 500-1,000 mg Selenium: 65 mcg
Vitamin D. 400 IU
In addition, take an additional 1,000 mg calcium with 500
mg magnesium daily and increase the dosage to 1,200 and
600 mg if you do not eat dairy products.
LEG CRAMPS EXERCISE: To relieve a cramp,
pull your toes toward your kneecap. Gently put your weight
on the leg with the cramp and slowly walk it off.
LEG CRAMPS HERBS: Crampbark (Viburnum
opulis), 1/2 to 1 tsp. tincture or one to two capsules as
often as every 2 hours, up to 3 doses daily.
LEG CRAMPS HOMEOPATHY: Take one dose of
a 6C or 30C potency that matches your symptom picture every
15 to 30 minutes three times, then one to three times daily,
following the instructions on the bottle or tube. If you
find no relief from your symptoms, this is not the appropriate
