Home Remedies For Acne
Acne is an inflammatory disorder of the sebaceous (oil)
glands, located under the skin. When glandular activity
increases, the glands secrete more sebum then normal, the
sebum becomes trapped under the skin, the gland breaks,
spilling sebum, this irritates the skin and pimple forms.
Acne begins to affect several body parts, face, back, neck
or chest. All of these types of acne can be treated with
natural home remedies. Using home remedies for acne eliminates

Eat four red delicious apples a day for five days straight.
Apples absorb toxins from the body, this is especially important
in people with acne.
Mix equal parts of fresh grape and pineapple juice and
apply it to the acne affected area three times daily. These
fruits are rich in alpha-hydrox acids (AHA) which exfoliate
the skin and reduce clogging of oil glands.
Mix one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and 10 tablespoons
of mineral water apply the mixture to the acne affected
skin using cotton balls. This remedy balances the skin’s
natural PH.
Buy a natural soap for acne available in any health store.
These soaps contain sulfur which is essential for acne skin.
Use the soap no more than twice a day, over use can increase
the secretion of sebum from the oil glands.
Eat low fat yogurt, a healthy bacteria contained in this
type of yogurt helps the body to excrete toxins from the
digestive system.
Change your pillow case three times a week; the constant
rubbing of expelled skin and oil while sleeping will contribute

I have a question about the relation of acne and food. I myself have been and still at the age of 30 suffering from pimples. I had been eating all boiled food and vegetables but still no improvement of pimples. Washed my face twice with gentle soap and did everything possible. But they just don't go away. What do you have to say to this problem?
hi, i also am about 30 yrs old and still suffering from acne but mostly acne scars (blemishes). i have eliminated fried foods from my diet, use natural scrubs and cleamsers like Aveda day and night. i get facials every month and microdermabrasion once in a while. i'm a vegetarian who eats no eat products but fish. i drink freshly juiced jinger everday for cleansing. however, my acne scars refuse to go away. i haveeven considered laser treatment, colon and liver cleansing but haven't done them yet. its very embarrassing and lows ur self esteem and confidence.pls advice
